Something I'd like you to know about me: I'm a car enthusiast. I enjoy collecting diecast cars. Lord of the Rings fan. Pittsburgh Steelers fan. I enjoy Rogers & Hammerstein musicals.
Why I do what I do: I can carry a tune. I hope to play more than air-guitar, drums, and piano someday. I like fine-crafting my art. I plan to sing a new song to the Lord (that means write my own songs someday). I thoroughly enjoy worshiping God this way through music and song.
My favorite things:
- Sports: Football, little baseball, little soccer, some basketball
- Music: Classical, opera, soft rock
- Movies: Action (modern-day cowboy movies), stupid silly stuff like Jim Carrey, and serious non-fictional like Glory
- Books/Authors: John Maxwell, Max Lucado, US News & World Report
- Activities: Going on walks with my family, trying new resturants with them (if the kids aren't too crazy)
- Food: In-N-Out protein style 3x3 (maybe 4x4, haven't tried it yet), Korean Bar-B-Q, Soup Plantation, a good ribeye or porterhouse steak, king crab legs just to name a few
If I could spend time with any historical person...well, there are so many, but start out with....Mother Teresa. She was a good picture of what I think Jesus was trying to communicate about being a life-long student of God.
